Just 15 minutes west of the 'Strip', this course is a quiet delight created by Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley. Plush, rolling fairways, white-sand bunkers and undulating bentgrass greens greet players on this course. Don't be fooled by its location in an age-qualified community; any player will appreciate the fine course conditions and stern challenges. It's not terribly long by any standards (6854-yards from the tips), but more than 97 bunkers along with terrain changes, plenty of water, doglegs and more will tighten the screws. The 420-yard, par-4, 9th hole features a lake on the left side of the fairway running the entire length of the hole with deep bunkers pinching any bailout right.
