One of the Islands most scenic and oldest courses has undergone extensive renovations in 2008 and has reclaimed its rightful standing amongst Canada's elite courses. Born in 1939 through the imagination of Stanley Thompson, a world renowned Scottish architect, Green Gables has now been rejuvenated by one of today's leading architects, Thomas McBroom. He redefined the golf experience with new challenges and viewscapes all the while respecting the character and history of the course. With sand dunes, ocean vistas, rolling fairways and greens, water hazzards, a northshore breeze as well as the famous Anne of Green Gables House.
