Cancellation Should you need to cancel this reservation, we ask that you give us 72 hours' notice prior to 4:00 pm on your day of arrival for all accommodation bookings. For cancellations made within the restrictions of this policy, one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
KurSpa
Our KurSpa is not your regular spa. This European style spa offers a variety of treatments for whole body wellness: from mineral treatments, massages, aromatherapy steam rooms and saunas and a -110 C cold sauna (first in North America!) to facials, pedicure and manicures or a new hair style. Our health consultants are available to discuss what treatment would be best for your body. We invite you to come and experience whole body wellness while staying with us! Saunas & Steam Rooms When staying at the resort you have the exclusive use of our 7 uniquely themed steam rooms and saunas. Start with the warm Aqua Meditation and experience the Rose, Crystal and Salt steam rooms or the Finnish, Panorama or Herbal saunas. Don't forget to try out the experience showers! The saunas and steam rooms are open daily from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. and 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Effective May 1st, 2012 access to the KurSpa is only available to guests who have checked in. Pools Open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, the indoor pool at Sparkling Hill Resort has soothing underwater music and lights, and a sparkling sky to gaze at while floating in the water. The infinity outdoor pool looks out over Lake Okanagan and is heated in the winter so you can get a cold nose and a warm body while taking in the views. Our large hot pool is inside and has a great view of the lake and surrounding mountains.
PeakFine Restaurant PeakFine is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Executive Chef will serve regional and European inspired delicacies that celebrate dynamic cuisine. In addition our European Pastry Chef will tantalize your taste buds with mouth watering strudels and sweets that surely cannot be refused.
Barrique & Java Barrique & Java is open from 9:30 am to midnight and offers specialty coffees and European pastries, plus a variety of local, national and international wines paired with some fabulous tapas.
Fireside Lounge Just want to relax near the fireplace in a comfy chair with a good book and a super view of Lake Okanagan? Then you will enjoy our Fireside Lounge and Terrace! Forgot to bring a book? Our library has a variety of books and newspapers for you to borrow during your stay.
Directions Traveling from the south:Traveling north from the US border or the Coquihalla Highway take Hwy 97 north through Kelowna towards Vernon. Approximately 30 km north of the Kelowna International Airport turn left on Bailey Road (watch for Predator Ridge signage). Turn left on Commonage Road and follow the signs Predator Ridge/Sparkling Hill resort. Turn right into the Predator Ridge community and follow the signs up to Sparkling Hill.
Traveling from the north: Travel to Vernon. Stay on Hwy 97 south to Kelowna. Approximately 15 km south of Vernon, turn right on Bailey Road (watch for blue highway signs with Predator Ridge/Sparkling Hill). Turn left on Commonage Road. Follow the signs Predator Ridge/Sparkling Hill. Turn right into the Predator Ridge community and follow the signs up to Sparkling Hill.
