Crown Isle golf resort was designed by Graham Cooke & Associates and opened in 1992.  Crown Isle golf is superbly manicured and maintained,  playable for golfers at all levels, the course is designed in a resort style with a dynamic set of tees to meet the needs of any guest or member. Boasting 11 lakes, views of the Beaufort mountain range & Comox glacier, this Par 72, 18-hole course offers a superb driving range with chipping & putting greens, and practice bunkers.

Over 10,000 annuals are planted every year at Crown Isle golf resort and the landscaping / greens team has been successful in achieving a 33% reduction in water use while still nurturing the golf course and surrounding landscape. Additionally, the use of insecticides for over 10 years has been eliminated and the annual consumption of herbicide is less than a measured cup.

We have designed a wide variety of accommodations to meet the needs of our broad range of clientele. The Crown Isle resort hotel has 90 villa suites with a maximum capacity of well over 250 people. Located in close proximity to the Resort Centre and first tee, the Villas at Crown Isle are comprised of Fairway Rooms, one & two bedroom Villas and even split level suites with a loft! Some Villas offer jacuzzi tubs, full kitchens, living rooms with TV´s and DVD players as well as gas fireplaces.

With spectacular views of the first fairway and the coastal mountain range, the Villas provide an opportunity to stay on-site for golf at Crown Isle, corporate events, charity balls, or stay while on a ski holiday at Mount Washington Alpine Resort.

At Pheasant Glen golf course we strive to offer something for golfers of all ages and abilities. We offer five sets of tees that range from 4800 yards to just over 6900 yards from the championsip tees. Pheasant Glen golf course is a walkable course that offers two different nines.

The "Glen" nine is a links style situated in front of the Golf Shop, Restaurant and Banquet Facilities with stunning views of Mount Arrowsmith from every hole. The "Pines" nine is a traditional tree lined nine holes that finishes with views of Mount Arrowsmith. It is a peaceful walk through nature surrounded by wildlife.

In 2012 Pheasant Glen golf course became  one of only five golf courses on Vancouver Island to measure over 6900 yards from its Championship tees. The experience is second to none with lush fairways, fast greens and a complete warm up area with one practice green dedicated for pitching and bunker practice, another for putting and a full length driving range.

We will offer five sets of tees from 4800 yards at the green to 6900 yards at the black. The course offers challenges to both novice & experienced players. The setting remains tranquil, the grassy meadows, west coast woodlands and a spectacular view of Mount Arrowsmith provide a beautiful natural backdrop to this golf experience on Vancouver Island.
