All packages must be paid in full a minimum 3 to 4 weeks prior to arrival date, larger groups min. 30 to 45 days. Purchase of Golf Gift Certificates must be used by the end of the current golf season the certificate was issued.

In the event of a course closure due to extreme weather, it is up to each individual golf club to make alternative arrangements such as issuing rain checks or refunds. Deposits and Payments and Cancellations
All hotels and golf courses have various cancellation policies. When a golf package is booked we will provide a detailed itinerary that outlines your specific requirements with respect to deposits, final payments and cancellations as well as reduction in group sizes.
Our packages are typically quoted in Canadian funds with all applicable taxes included and expressed as "per person" based on double occupancy.

When you book with a licensed travel agent, you are eligible for added protection through BC's Travel Assurance Fund.
